projects:
I currently have two (2) externally funded research projects being conducted at UGA. Both projects are funded by the Georgia Food Processing Advisory Council (FoodPAC). The first project is within Bio & Ag Engineering and is entitled "Development of the Georgia Food Processor Alternative Fuels and Biodiesel Feedstock Database". I am collaborating with BAE faculty member Dan Geller on this project. The second project is within the Poultry Science Department and is entitled "Water Conservation And Reuse In Food Processing And Agricultural Industries". I am collaborating with Georgia Tech Research Institute Engineer John Pierson on this project.
