in the Faculty
Application
Procedure
The
Faculty of Engineering holds membership drives biannually.
Open
membership period in the Faculty continues through February 2003.
Applications
will only be received via the Faculty of Engineering Website.
1) Complete
the application form available on the Website which includes:
.
A list of current projects and their funding sources.
. A statement
of objective that addresses:
The primary
reason you are interested in being a member.
In which
engineering curricular activities you will participate. Be creative
in proposing activities that contribute to engineering education.
In what
area of engineering will your work focus.
As a
result of being a member, in what dimension will your program grow
and add to the University of Georgia's engineering participation.
2) Email
(as a Microsoft Word attachment) a current curriculum vitae which includes
publications and grants for the last seven years.
3) Renewal
membership applications should provide evidence of accomplishments during
the preceding membership term.
