Eight Undergraduate Degrees

Whether you’ve chosen your specialty or not, UGA Engineering has a broad choice of academic programs. We offer Bachelor of Science degrees in agricultural engineering, biochemical engineering, biological engineering, civil engineering, computer systems engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering and mechanical engineering.

Seven Masters and Doctoral Degrees

When you’re ready to take the next step, so are we. At the UGA College of Engineering you can choose Masters degree programs in agricultural engineering, biochemical engineering, biological engineering, engineering, and environmental engineering. We also offer doctoral degrees programs in biological and agricultural engineering and engineering.

Distinctive Programs

We’re the only school in Georgia that offers degrees in agricultural engineering, biological engineering and biochemical engineering. You can even choose our dual degree program in German and engineering.

Double Dawgs BS + MS

The Double Dawgs program gives ambitious and motivated students a competitive advantage in today’s knowledge economy. By earning both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in five years or less, students can save time and money while positioning themselves for success after graduation.

Engineering + MBA

Undergraduate engineering students can earn both their Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree and an MBA in a total of five years through this dual program, which is also the first and only BS/MBA degree offered by the University System of Georgia.

Engineering + Liberal Arts

We take advantage of our place within one of the nation’s 20 best public universities to offer students not only the technical expertise they’ll need, but also the communications and soft skills vital in our global society. You'll also gain a broader perspective and understand how engineering affects society.

Regardless of your academic interests, you’re likely to find other students with similar passions. The UGA College of Engineering is home to more than a dozen campus chapters of professional organizations. Join in and meet industry leaders, hear guest speakers, attend conferences and participate in special events.

Real-world Projects

We love hands-on, active learning that gets students out of the classroom and doing real-world engineering from their first semester on campus. Our year-long Capstone Senior Design course gives students an opportunity to work with business, industry and community partners on specific engineering challenges.

Hands-on, Experiential Learning

We offer dynamic research, service, leadership, and international experiences to undergraduate students.
