The University of Georgia College of Engineering established the Equity Engineers Council to advocate for the needs and interests of underrepresented students. The Equity Engineers Council is empowered to identify and address social, educational, professional, and other challenges faced by underrepresented students. This leadership group will initiate ideas, activities, programs, and resources to better serve and support all students in the College of Engineering. EEC is under the oversight of the Office of Student Success.

Selections to the council will be made by mid-November with new members officially joing at the start of the Spring 2024 term.
