Fun Fact
I plan on spending a year studying abroad in Germany! I'll be taking classes for a semester and getting an internship the following semester -- all in German!
Why did you choose UGA?
UGA is the one place where I can pursue an engineering degree, a German degree, continue to play music, and be a part of other organizations at the same time! There is a depth to the quality of instruction here not only in the College of Engineering, but in all the classes I have taken and the student body is active and passionate enough to make all these extracurriculars happen.
Favorite memory as a Bulldog Engineer
For this group project for my Heat Transfer course, we had to design a cooler to hold 100L of water. Now, while the design process itself is fun, what I remember is how engaged the students I got to work with are. We were bouncing ideas off of each other and building off of them until we had a spherical cooler that not only satisfied the requirements, but floated too!
