Dr. Whitney Pagan is an Assistant Professor in the School of Environmental, Civil, Agricultural, and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Georgia. She earned a B.S. and M.S. degree in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Tennessee. Her research focuses on Integrated Hydrologic Systems which encompasses her expertise in hydrology across natural, urban, and agricultural landscapes. She has experience with both hydrologic modeling and field monitoring of soil erosion, urban hydrology and green infrastructure, agricultural water quality, and circular agricultural systems. She is actively involved in the Executive Committee for the young professionals community of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE).
